Firm Founder Kristie Prinz is a tech business lawyer who has been advising start-ups and mid-market companies for 27 years. Kristie’s clients are primarily in the software-as-a-service (“SaaS”), tech, and digital heath/health technology industries, although her practice includes the biotech industry, the IT industry, the publishing industry, and other tech and life sciences industry sectors. Kristie generally advises her clients on transaction with customers, licensees/licensors, resellers, suppliers & distributors, business partners, and buyers/sellers. Kristie also has an IP practice, where she manages trademark portfolios, advises on copyright matters, negotiates intellectual property licenses, and enforces intellectual property rights on behalf of clients, and a privacy law practice, where she advises clients on privacy compliance issues. Kristie is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School; a frequent speaker and author on tech, digital health, AI, and IP law issues; the founder of the Silicon Valley Advisors, the AI Advisors, and the Life Science Advisors Groups; and the group leader of the Silicon Valley Virtual I Group in ProVisors.
